AfroTrans: Successful Workshop in Kampala

On Thursday, November 21, 2024, the AfroTrans project workshop concluded at the Jeliza Hotel in Kampala, Uganda. Launched in 2023 and funded by the European Union, the project aims to develop a master’s program in transportation engineering within the civil engineering faculty. The program focuses specifically on road engineering tailored to the contexts of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and Cameroon.

    AfroTrans Summer School in Poland

    The Polish part of the Afrotrans Summer School 2025 continued the international programme at Gdańsk University of Technology. This second week expanded the learning experience with practical workshops, field activities and industry visits, offering participants a comprehensive view of road engineering, traffic management, logistics and sustainable transport planning.
