25.04.2025 Online meeting

During the recent online meeting (25.04.2025) of the AfroTrans team, the focus was placed on the planning and organization of the upcoming summer schools under Work Package 4. The discussion covered the structure of the planned events across various European locations, including participation of African partners. Both the current schedule and possible alternative scenarios were reviewed, in case of organizational or logistical delays.

A key point was the visa process for participants. The importance of completing all formal procedures on time was emphasized, in order to avoid rescheduling and the resulting additional travel expenses. The team also discussed the possibility of seeking support from relevant governmental institutions and embassies in the host countries to help facilitate the process.

Additionally, alternative plans for shifting the timing or locations of the summer schools were considered. These are intended to ensure all partners are able to participate in the activities, regardless of potential administrative or logistical challenges.
